I’m Daniel Burt and this is my blog about CRM. I work at Microsoft as a Dynamics 365 technical consultant, focusing mainly on manufacturing, utilities and retail customers. My role involves working closely with customers to understand their vision for delivering amazing experiences to their end-customers, and then enabling them to achieve their vision through the use of Dynamics CRM and the other cloud technologies that Microsoft offers.
Each customer I speak to has a unique set of challenges and pain points which we address and resolve through a configured Dynamics 365 system – a ‘solution’. This blog simply details some of those configuration steps, so others might benefit too. Most of these posts will be simple things rather than the more complex ‘system integrator’ type of config – but if this helps someone, then great.
