Understanding what functionality Microsoft is planning to include in future releases of Dynamics CRM is important to many people, but particularly to customer decision-makers during a product evaluation across a group of competitors. Knowing that a key feature may not exist in the product currently, but that it will be there in the next release can sway the all-important vendor selection decision.
With this in mind, Microsoft has published the Dynamics CRM roadmap on the public Microsoft website for anyone to view what’s in the development pipeline. You can also see what’s been previously released.
(Interestingly, it’s actually the Dynamics CRM platform that’s powering this new roadmap site)
